.Project Introduction
Project Overview:
Khuzestan Construction Engineering Organization, with over 18,000 members and 22 representative offices across the province, serves as the main center for providing technical and engineering services in the province. As the most specialized and sole authority in delivering these services, establishing a centralized building worthy of the engineering community's stature is essential.
This building was designed in 2020 across three separate blocks Sports, Administrative, and Cultural on a land area of 5,000 square meters.
Administrative Block:
• Constructed with a total area of 6,500 square meters.
• Features a concrete skeleton structure built over five floors.
• Basement: Designated for parking, storage, and a prayer room.
• Ground Floor: Houses a café, an internet café, and service counters for banking and insurance. It also accommodates the Secretariat, Monitoring and Control Unit, as well as Water and Sewage and Electrical Units.
• First Floor: Home to Engineering Services units, specialized professional groups, and association offices.
• Second Floor: Accommodates Financial units, the Executive Board, Membership and Occupational Licensing, and Information Technology.
• Third Floor: Dedicated to the Management complex and the Board of Directors.
Facilities:
• An 800-square-meter sports hall.
• A conference hall with a capacity of 240 people.
• Four conference and meeting halls.
Sustainability and Design Objectives:
The project was specifically designed to achieve an EC+ energy rating, incorporating:
• Central heating and cooling system.
• Movable facade.
• Smart automation for lighting and electrical systems.
• A foundation based on solar clean energy and greywater recycling.
Supervision:
Supervision of this project, which had reached 73% physical progress by 2025, was carried out by Ofogh Danesh Soraya Consulting Engineers
