Project Overview:
The Al-Ghadir Cultural and Educational Complex is a modern and advanced facility designed and currently under implementation for FARAJ. This complex, designed in 2020 with a total area of 4,040 square meters, was developed with a strong focus on climate-responsive architecture for Khuzestan province. By utilizing modern materials, it has created a sustainable and functional environment for learning and gatherings.
Architectural Design Philosophy:
The design adopts a climate-responsive architectural approach, specifically tailored to the environmental conditions of Khuzestan. This ensures energy efficiency and occupant comfort. The use of modern building materials further enhances the building's performance, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Facilities and Floor Plan:
The complex is efficiently spread over three main floors and a basement, offering a comprehensive range of facilities:
• Basement:
- A spacious parking garage with a capacity for 50 vehicles.
- Dedicated utility and mechanical rooms.
• Ground Floor:
- Main Auditorium: A large-capacity hall seating 421 people, ideal for conferences, seminars, and major events.
- Classrooms: Two well-equipped educational rooms, each with a capacity for 40 attendees.
- Management Office: A private office for administrative functions.
- Prayer Room: A dedicated space for worship.
- Café-Shop: A casual venue for refreshments and socializing.
• First Floor:
- Auditorium Balcony: An upper-tier seating area with a capacity for 88 people, overlooking the main hall.
- Meeting Room: A separate room for smaller gatherings and discussions.
- Control Room: A technical room dedicated to managing the auditorium's audio, visual, and lighting systems.
This complex stands as a significant cultural and educational hub, designed to foster community engagement, learning, and large-scale events within a modern and architecturally considered space.
